How does Chat Support work?

You can send your questions directly inside the community whenever they come up during your preparation. I personally read and reply to every question, usually same day. You can use the chat for things like clarifying Leadership Principles, checking whether a story makes sense, asking how to approach a question or anything you’re getting stuck on while preparing.

How do the Live Interview Practice calls work?

The calls are small-group sessions with up to 10 candidates. I ask questions based on the Leadership Principles voted for that day. You can bring one or two answers and get feedback from me in real time.

Can I get a chance to practice on every Live Interview call?

Yes! Fill out a short form before the session to get priority to answer and vote for the Leadership Principles you want to practice. Sessions are kept small (up to 10 candidates) so there’s room to participate, and listening to the feedback on other answers is valuable practice too.

What if I’m too shy to speak on the live calls?

It’s completely normal to feel nervous, and that’s exactly why we practice. You’re welcome to just listen until you feel comfortable; you’ll still learn a lot from the feedback on other answers. And if you’d like more privacy, Private Sessions are available, with a special discount for community members.

How often are the Live Interview calls?

Live practice currently happens three times per week: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 20:00 UTC and Wednesdays at 15:00 UTC.

What should I bring to the Live Interview calls?

Bring a real experience you’re considering using in your Amazon interview. You don’t need to have the answer perfectly prepared, that’s exactly what we’re there to work on.

Which Leadership Principles will we cover on the Live Interview calls?

We’ll work through different Leadership Principles and questions over time. Inside the community, you can vote on the Leadership Principles you would like to see on the next session.

How does the mock interview partner matching work?

You’ll have access to a dedicated thread where you can find other Amazon candidates who are also looking to practice. You’ll be able to connect based on availability and arrange mock interviews together. I also provide a simple step-by-step guide with suggested questions, timing, feedback prompts and the scorecard. Even if neither of you has done a mock interview before, you can learn and practice together with this guidance.

Why are Premium spots limited?

I keep Premium small so I can stay involved in the live calls and give meaningful feedback.

What if I want private 1:1 preparation instead?

You can request a private session with me. I’ll look at your interview stage and preparation so we can decide what kind of support makes the most sense. Community members have exclusive discounts for private sessions.

These terms apply to the Interview with Giulia website, community and private sessions (the “services”), run by Giulia. By using the services, you agree to these terms.

What the services are

Interview with Giulia offers interview preparation for candidates applying to Amazon: an online community hosted on Skool, live group practice calls, learning resources, and private 1:1 sessions. Giulia is a former Amazon recruiter. The services are educational coaching. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, and they don’t guarantee an interview, an offer or any hiring outcome.

Community membership

The community runs on Skool, so Skool’s own terms also apply when you join. You’re responsible for keeping your Skool account secure. Membership is personal and can’t be shared.

Payments and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly through Skool and private sessions are paid in advance. Packages of private sessions are valid for 30 days from your first scheduled session, and sessions not used within that time expire. You can cancel a plan anytime. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

How we treat each other

The community is a place to practice. Be respectful, give constructive feedback, and keep what other members share (their stories, answers and experiences) private. Members who harass others, share other people’s information, or misuse the community can be removed without a refund.

Content and materials

Lessons, the question bank, worksheets, scorecards and other materials are for your personal preparation only. Please don’t copy, share, resell or publish them. You keep ownership of anything you share, and you allow it to be used inside the community so others can learn from the feedback.

Limits of responsibility

The services are provided as they are. Giulia isn’t responsible for interview or hiring decisions, or for losses that come from using or relying on the services, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, members will be told inside the community.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Interview with Giulia collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

When you request a private session, the form collects the information you choose to send: your interview date, the role or job description link, your message about where you are in the process, your email and, if you add it, your phone number.When you join the community, Skool collects your account details. Payments are processed by Skool and its payment provider, so I never see your full card details.This website is hosted on Carrd, which may collect basic technical information (like your browser and pages visited) to run the site.

How I use it

To reply to your request, prepare and run your sessions, manage your membership, and send you important information about the services. I don’t sell your information and I don’t use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who it’s shared with

Only with the services needed to run the business: Skool (community and payments), Carrd (website and forms) and email providers. Each of them handles your data under their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

Session requests and related messages are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up, then deleted. Community data is kept by Skool while your account is active.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you, at any time. Email [your contact email] and I’ll reply personally.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.

Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Interview with Giulia community plans and private sessions.

Community plans (Standard and Premium)

Both plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Skool. You can cancel anytime from your Skool account settings. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.Payments that have already been made, including for a partially used month, are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Private 1:1 sessions and packages

You can get a full refund for a private session or a package of sessions if you ask before your first session takes place. Once your first session has happened, the payment is non-refundable, including any remaining sessions in a package.Packages are valid for 30 days from your first scheduled session. All sessions in a package need to be used within those 30 days. Sessions not used by then expire and are not refunded.If you need to reschedule a session, let me know as early as possible and I’ll do my best to find a new time.

How to request a refund

Send your request to [email protected] with the email you used to pay and which plan or session it’s about. I reply personally, usually within 24 hours.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
